MUST READ: The Slapz Audio SHB8K.1 is backed by a 1-Year limited manufacturer defect warranty, and a 15 day refund policy. All shipping costs for warranty or 15 day refund are the responsibility of the customer. This includes the initial shipping at purchase if a 15 day refund is requested due to the shipping cost of the amplifier. All boxes, packing materials, warranty pamphlets in good condition are required to receive a refund within 15 days. Any damage to amplifier including screw marks scratches, and scuffs will not be accepted for refund NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you burn the amplfier’s mosfet, or burn the amplifiers board we know this is from either improper voltage, improper wiring, or playing while clipping. We know what to look for and we will not repair or replace. NO EXCEPTIONS. This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of specification, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than SLAPZ Car Audio. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. The warranty only covers the original owner of the amplifier. In the event an amplifier is beyond repair, SLAPZ Car Audio will provide a PCB board swap at discounted rate + shipping costs too our customers
You are responsible for the cost of shipping your amplifier to our warranty technician for examination. If your amplifier is covered under warranty shipping back to you will be no charge – if your amplifier is replaced/repaired outside of warranty or if no defect is found and your product must be returned to you then shipping will be billed to you.
At the sole discretion of Slapz Car Audio your amplifier will be either repaired or replaced when it is being covered under warranty. In the event of shipping damage due to improper packaging on products being returned to Slapz Car Audio the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement. SLAPZ Car Audio is not responsible for hearing loss.

You will need to have The Big Three wiring upgrade, at least one 250 Amp high-output alternator, and at least one secondary battery with 500 Ah of AGM or 80 Ah of Lithium to run this 8000w monoblock.
