Warranty Policy

All purchases from www.slapzaudio.com with a 1Year Limited Warranty. To start a warranty process, please email us or contact us through this website.

Before returning your item we recommend that you reach out to us so we can help troubleshoot the issue. Most of the time we are able to assist the customer and fix the issue without the customer sending back the item for testing. Our team of experts will ask a series of questions to help troubleshoot the problem. 

If we find the item to be in working condition upon receiving it, we charge a $20 processing fee plus the cost to ship the item back to you (this is why we ask the questions to help save you time and money). If we discover a manufacturing defect with the item, we will either repair or send you a replacement unit free of charge. 

Upon receiving your warranty return, SLAPZ Audio requests 3 to 5 business days to inspect the item and determine if it falls under warranty. After testing the item, we will reach back out to you letting you know if the item will be warranted.

SLAPZ Audio reserves the right to send you a certified refurbished product for any unit that is beyond the 30-day return/exchange period. If the item is within the 30-day return/exchange window, you will receive a brand new replacement.

The SLAPZ Audio Warranty Policy covers defects in materials only. Our warranty policy does not cover the following:

  • User error
  • Accidental damage
  • Improper installation
  • Product abuse
  • Modified or repaired products
  • Using the product outside of recommended specifications
  • Unwound voice coil due to clipping
  • Amplifiers without a warranty seal
  • Less than adequate electrical to support high-powered amplifiers
