15 Day Return Policy
Speaker must be in original new condition with original box including manual and transfer stickers in good condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty
All SLAPZ Audio products are tested on power to insure that the item is in working order with no manufacturer defects. This warranty does not cover improper installation, playing above the power ratings of the speaker, playing at excessive clipping, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of specification, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than SLAPZ Car Audio. Unwinding of the voice coil is not covered under the 1 year warranty NO EXCEPTIONS as this is considered abuse. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. The warranty only covers the original owner of the subwoofer..
You are responsible for the cost of shipping your speaker back to us for warranty examination. If your speaker is covered under warranty shipping back to you will be no charge – if your speaker is replaced/repaired outside of warranty or if no defect is found and your product must be returned to you then shipping will be billed to you.
At the sole discretion of Slapz Car Audio your speaker will be either repaired or replaced when it is being covered under warranty. In the event of shipping damage due to improper packaging on products being returned to Slapz Car Audio the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement. SLAPZ car audio is not responsible for hearing loss.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
We do not offer free shipping to these areas due to the extreme shipping cost. If you live in one of these locations and place an order we will reach out to you with the additional cost to ship your product. Understand any warranty shipping is also the responsibility of the customer and SLAPZ Audio is not liable for the higher shipping costs back and forth for warranty service.
